Reference sheet drawn by AlmostUnbroken (Found on Fur Affinity and Bluesky) your image link is broken! you can't hotlink from FA, it'll look right in the preview but not work for anyone else. gotta upload it somewhere else on an image hosting site Ah, photobucket shenanigans. Just like I remember.

i will never forget imageshack in my life because when i first came across people using it as a kid (instead of image attachments) i thought it was read as "images hack" and i got scared of it LOL

i used to have a lobster sona a few years back, i'd be hard pressed to find any details about him since i've changed computers in that time and i have a bad memory, this is pretty much the only art of him i have that didn't corrupt terribly during the many file transfers lol

My sona is a sea otter!! There actually are a few river otters they seem to be more popular but I rarely see the bigger fluffier cousin which i find very shocking because they are bigger and fluffier and in the fandom big and fluffy usually = good/better which is a huge shame because i adore sea otters with all their tappy taps and big ol noses

Thanks for pointing that out! I'll have to fix that later cause no joke I need to go to work really soon. But for now, if people are curious I do have my FA on my linktree but I promise I'll fix it lol

possums definitely aren't uncommon these days, but i feel like when i mashed up my fox/opossum fursona they were a lot less visible in the fandom!
my husband's fursona is a spotted hyena/tasmanian devil and the latter are def still pretty scarce!

My fursona is a fictional, genetically engineered chimeric species called amphimorpho, from the webcomic Meet Me in the Woods. Certainly uncommon, there seems to only be a couple dozen folks on earth with one as a fursona, with a few more as OCs. Lately I've been spending time TF'd into a yinglet, which are also fictional and also from a webcomic, but generally a lot more numerous.

don't see as many mongooses as I'd expect. I used to have a genet fursona as a kid and vivverids are shockingly rare, why is the fandom sleeping on cute spotty noodle animals with long striped tails?

Pliosaur. As far as I know, I'm the only one out there. Dinosaurs that aren't raptors are tyrannosaurs are rare, other mesozoic non-dinosaur reptiles are even rarer, and I think I know of one mosasaur...

I don't know if you'd particularly consider werewolves "rare", but I think the radioactive twist adds some unique originality there. And of course I still gotta get around to officially making a ref for my Karelian bear dog...
