Hello hello!
Chances are you may have seen my art in a glimpse at some point as I post it like everywhere, if not: Hey I'm Hunter, I'm an avid worldbuilder and work on a project called "In nomine" since the end of 2018; it's a medieval-fantasy setting. The original idea of the headworld was by my boyfriend. But as he mostly dedicates his time and energy into his own work (fursuit work), I use all my spare time and energy to further this project :>
A large personally build website is in progression for a couple of years now, almost ready to get released to public.
While *the* storyline still is a heavy WIP, rules for societies, loose outlinings for religions etc. are in making and coming along well. Generally my art of this project deals with characters in a semi-anthropomorphic stylization, which - in comparison to my digitigrade or plantigrade character drawings - keep more animalistic qualities and thus act like those: Often not within our reasoning and understanding, as I let the specific animal's natural behaviour often set in. I don't know, this is a touch of my art that I enjoy working on a lot. And thus, the character's sizes vary a lot. Part of what makes building this world and resolving problems makes fun.
Without further ado, a few artworks and snippets:
Tiberius (character by my bf) and Demetrius, two of the more frequent faces of this project. As one could assume correctly: Far from the friendly guys.
Maar and Karst, two really not pleasant guys, as they're guard dogs and hunters.
My vixen Ida, a druid of some kind, being followed by the presence of two nature spirits called Berkana and Asche.
A hierachy WIP for the main kingdom:
Some size lineup fun:
An older comic test: While the story telling isn't bad here, the backgrounds were within this strip. Once I caught up with commissions, I very likely redo the backgrounds of this short strip, improve the story-telling and finish it.
For now I rather focus on working and finalizing on a little dream: Making a skat game out of this project :3c
ENJOY!
I always enjoy reading opinions a whole lot!
