i have so many characters, i dont know what to do with them all. i love collecting them from different designers - a lot of them i tell myself i need to draw and then i kind of just think about/look at sometimes like  my fursona, tetris, is the only one i really consistently draw but i have a few others i frequent, too. this thread will just be me rambling about my ocs and sharing some art. |

first and foremost, tetris! similar to a lot of furries, tetris isnt exactly me - theyre kind of like my mascot, with a lot of features i admire in others or like in myself. theyre also very silly and i like to have fun with them. tetris at their core is positivity - kind, funny, happy. i dont tend to draw them sad - i have other characters for that. tetris is the character i turn to for comfort. they really mean a lot to me. they also have a lot of alts! mad scientist, slasher, their little guy alt, batman ... i draw them as different species every once in a while too, and they have an "official" dragon and protogen alt. as of right now, they have over 500 images, 3 badges, a custom plushy, and a fursuit :3 im really locked in to growing my tetris collection, hahaha  {fursuit}  ( photo taken by breadbunbunny on twitter, fursuit by molinloveqinghe ) {plush}  ( plush by budsies ) |

while tetris is positivity, saturn is more somber. his character is healing - taking things one step at a time, trying to appreciate the little things in life and nature, and a fight against depression. he is gentle, quiet, and is trying to understand the world around him even when things feel impossible. if im feeling a bit more under the weather hes a character i tend to resonate with more, but i wouldn't call him a fursona. he means a lot to me, too. my focus on characters outside of tetris tends to ebb and flow, ill usually have one or maybe two that get the rest of my attention, but saturn has always been "there." it feels sort of fitting for his character and what he represents. zero the alien dog aliens are my favorite!! i actually have a handful of alien-y characters, but zero is for sure my favorite... their design kind of reminds me of the side of a pinball machine or the carpet youd find at a bowling alley or arcade. when i was younger that was totally my jam so it kind of makes me nostalgic, in a way. sort of like "if i saw this at 12, id be going nuts." i have some other characters that are unofficially linked to zero - theyre all from space and i like to think they inhabit the same universe together. maybe cross paths sometimes. i should draw them all hanging out...  by shoutmilo on toyhouse and the other guys i associate them with: hal, your robo assistant. friendly, with a maybe dark side..? i think the name is pretty self evident haha. but some of their inspiration also comes from this webcomic i liked as a kid called fortuna. in the comic, there is a fleet of different ships based off of greek gods. each ship has its own perks and downsides kind of associated with the mythology of said greek god. aboard each is a robotic assistant that goes by the name of the greek gods and helps pilot things. sometimes they're evil. i dont remember the webcomic well but i think thats a pretty neat concept.  by flipkat on th and this mysterious fellow... their name is "22," which originally was a placeholder but stuck for lack of better names. not robo assistant material but definitely someone who would be aboard a ship i think. maybe theyre hunting down zero   by dawgsaur on th |
