Hi all! I'd like to introduce everyone to a group of characters of mine called The Personas.
They are a group of OCs who act as the main characters/mascots of my online art presence. 6 of the 7 of them are also personas/fursonas in the traditional sense of characters that represent a fictionalized version of myself.
I've had these characters for many years. I figure this would be a great place to introduce them to everyone.
While these designs are pretty much up-to-date, they're in dire need of new ref sheets -w-
Anywho, let me introduce them to everyone!
Ducky
(30, any pronouns)
She's my main persona. The one that folks who follow me on my art accounts will tend to see the most. She's the "main character", if you will :b Design-wise, she's slightly more idealized though for the most part she's pretty much just a fictionalized version of myself. Shy and somewhat socially inept but means well ^^ She looks pretty humanoid though has fangs for some reason O.o maybe she isn't fully human? Her signature look is her onion hair, long sleeves, and oversized choker. (likes to dress emo and goth)
Ahiru
(30, she/her)
She looks pretty identical to Ducky aside from her much brighter colored hair and fashion sense. Her and Ducky aren't twins or relatives. Instead, she is another version of Ducky (think Rin and Len Kagamine.) She loves dressing in clothing inspired by J-fashion (especially fairy kei, yume kawaii, and decora) Though she'll dabble other styles as well!
She's kind, sweet, and friendly. More adapted to social situations than Ducky -w-
Peri
(30 in duck years, she/her)
Peri is a small, periwinkle duck! She's short and small but full of energy and spunk. She's enjoys the simple things in life such as spending time at the pond and snacking on her favorite foods (especially shrimp!) She's generally sweet but can get irritated easily. When she does, she can be rather yappy!
900 (pronounced "Goo")
(30 in slime years, she/it/they)
900 is a slime-monster/demon hybrid creature. She can shapeshift into a variety of forms and is able to control the malleability of her body. She's mischievous and a bit of a misanthropist but means no harm. She loves eating a variety of (non-living) gooey substances, her favorite being green hair-gel.
(I plan to make her a tad taller. Taller than Ducky and Ahiru but still shorter than Mike.)
Mike
(28, he/him)
Mike is a unique persona as he isn't my persona but rather a character based on my irl boyfriend of the same name.
While he's technically my bf's persona, he is still part of my persona's group. (Hope that makes sense!)
Mike is a scatterbrained and fun-loving fellow. He can be reserved at first but will quickly reveal his funny and kind side. However, beware as Mike can be a bit impish and likes to goof around. He's great with technology!
Duckii
(30, she/her)
Duckii is a tiny but high-esteem business woman. She can be snarky and stern and some of her business practices are questionable. However, she runs her business proficiently and pays her employees a fair wage. Despite her seemingly no-nonsense demeanor at first, she's pretty sweet deep down. Duckii is based on the Mii I created for my 3DS, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch:
MALBOT (also goes by Mal or Mallary)
(30 in robot years, she/they)
MALBOT is Duckii's personal robot assistant (and best friend.) Her main functions are cooking, cleaning, playing videogames, and searching info on the web. She is able to eat regular food and experience human emotions. She has a bug that will cause her to malfunction randomly, especially if she's experiencing negative emotions.
And that's the personas! I'm hoping to do more with them as they all mean a lot to me. Let me know who your favorite is ^_^ It's been a few years since I've done one but I'd sometimes run a Persona Popularity Poll. I'd let followers vote for who their favorite persona is then reveal the results in a drawing. I'll try to do one before the year ends but if not then perhaps early next year.
