im luca. it/he/whatever neos you can think of themed around dogs stars or plushies
gay/demi-aroace and weird dogthing. i mostly just draw but on occasion i do 3d models or write something if the inspiration hits me. sometimes i program things. like currently. im in the process of rewriting my personal site, might see about hosting it independent of neocities too so i can use fancier code stuff like php... tho i gotta learn how the hell php works before i do that lmfao
