I do a lot with the furry music community! I ask open questions about furry music on social media, I occasionally run the V/A furry music compilation efmc.bandcamp.com , and I'm a co-host for stoopTalk (a furry music podcast).
Part of my journey to get so in-depth with furry music, its online history, and its presence today came from wanting to find a local DIY scene in a city that has always struggled to develop an arts culture. I'm very happy with my decision to listen to (and actually meet!) so many talented artists.
I'm also a bird •>• sometimes I lean more toward feeling like one species than another. The usual pecking order is Raven > Crow > Sea Eagle > Chickadee, but there's no telling what that'll look like in the future.
As someone who grew up with forums this is a nice return to form. I hope I can post little tidbits about furry music here, be it listening to furry music or making furry music.
