I've been on a huuuge gryphon kick lately & wanted to see if there's anyone likeminded currently on here? My gryphon phase can singlehandedly be attributed to book series like The Summer King Chronicles and Gryphon Insurrection but it's all I've been drawing. It's returning a spark to me I havent seen since 2022.
Soo, any birbs? birb cats? gryphon friends?

i've never read that, but it sounds like something i would have been suuuper into back when i regularly read books. sadly, i find it hard to focus on books that long anymore.  i loved griffins a lot as a kid, and had a small griffin roleplay group right here on proboards. or boards.net now or whatever. i am still a bird, or at the very least bird-adjacent, though !! |

i've never read that, but it sounds like something i would have been suuuper into back when i regularly read books. sadly, i find it hard to focus on books that long anymore. i loved griffins a lot as a kid, and had a small griffin roleplay group right here on proboards. or boards.net now or whatever. i am still a bird, or at the very least bird-adjacent, though !! I can definitely relate to slowing down on reading, for me especially after graduating and getting a full time job 🥲 i'm too exhausted to be able to focus lately on much over the last 4 years buuut it's getting a little better. I feel more passionate abt it nowadays A gryphon rp sounds like a dream. I was stuck on warrior cats and cat rps for too darned long, curses!! There's been talk w my friends about maybe doin a gryphon rp but nothing concrete cuz. we are all fairly busy Bird adjacent is a hell yeah from me!! Do you have a bird sona 👀 |

Do you have a bird sona 👀 yeahhh it was right after graduating high school that i kind of just... stopped being able to read books. it's not really a problem with magazines, articles, websites, etc, either which is so strange to me. listening to audiobooks has helped a lot though, but the circumstances need to be right or i pay too much attention (brain will wander, have to rewind) or too little attention (thinking too much about other task, have to rewind). driving seems to be the best for me to really get into listening to audiobooks so far. somehow, i never really got into warriors rp !! i was suuuper into the books, and larped warriors, but never really did any post-by-post for it. at least, not compared to wolves which is what i mostly did.  griffins was our attempt at breaking into something somewhat new. and yeah, i want to get back into rping, but it's just hard to find the time and focus nowadays. ;v; i do have a bird sona !! i have a ring-necked pheasant altsona, and my eventual truesona/trashsona will be a pigeon. my main sona is a raptor which is a bird sometimes depending on who you ask. |
