These are great! I love the dimensions on the lines. They look very 3D.

Studies for the next wolf in the inked sketch page, I'm trying to have different fur colors for all of them but I'm having a real tough time getting what i have in mind for this one. Might be my paper but it very quickly feels "overworked"

Might be my paper but it very quickly feels "overworked" What kind of paper are you using? If it's cellulose, I'd highly recommend trying out 100% cotton paper! Water tends to pool on top of cellulose paper until it dries, whereas it'll get absorbed into cotton along with the pigment

Using Bee Paper cold press. I got 50 sheets of it for 10 bucks a while back.

If your art store has those large sheets of Arches paper, I'd highly recommend grabbing one to try and compare! Easy to cut down to whatever shape you want.

Also another thought! If you can afford skillshare or are able to set up a trial, I can highly recommend this class by Denise Soden: youtube.com/watch?v=Iwnfp_tqqO4
