I'm wondering if anyone here has the same problem as me. When I weight train regularly, I start having headaches, often the day after the training occurred. It feels as if the source of the pain in reality is the back of my neck. I've looked around the internet for answers before but I'm wondering if anyone has personal experience and advice!

I've seen far too many people injure themselves with weights, even just in my RL social circle, that I gave them up entirely and now do either bodyweight exercises, low-weight repetition, or resistance bands. If you want I can talk you through some safer alternatives to pure weight? I know 'don't do it' probably wasn't the advice you wanted, but please don't take the risk.
