Soft Launch, Updates, Seeking Moderators [Nov 14th 2024]

Hello! Welcome to the soft launch!

I am just a dog with a dream. 😉

I made this forum for everyone to have a more tight knit and authentic corner to interact with others without it still being completely private and closed off from people to access.
Personally, I really missed forums and what they gave me in my youth and wanted to bring it back. I am not a fan of social media and find interacting there to be shallow, lacking of depth and hard to have more thoughtful discussions.
I also am not a fan of everything you want to post/talk about being conjoined into one, possible mess of a page. I also just want it to be fun, maybe a good place for people to socialize as well, which I also feel like my life lacks a bit of.

We hit 400 members in less than 24 hours!


Update log November 14th 2024-


The following boards have been added :

-"Music Discussion" board so there is a clearer distinction between user created music and general music discussions.
-Commission/trades/requests sub board in Art & Illustration
-Fursuits & Fursuitmaking
-Hobbies & Interests
-Critique
-Roleplay
-Forum Games
-"Other Topics" Category has been renamed to "Other"
-Separated the Media Discussion board into two separate boards: Video Games, Movies & Shows


Other updates :
-Only members can now post, as was originally intended. Any guest posts will be removed promptly.
-Link colors in posts made blue to be more obvious
-Changed moderator groups to have colored names to make them more discernible outside of individual posts where stars are not viewable.
-Changed the news bar to be more noticeable.
-Fixed the news bar contents color to be more readable.
-Added page navigation to also be at the bottom of threads.

Planned future updates:
-Custom furry emoticons
-Further clarifying rules
-Conventions board
-Possibly commission boards for artists of all kinds


Moderator Applications


I can't moderate this on my own so I am currently looking for two moderators.

Things to think of before applying-

The following will be bad for your applications:
-Previous history of being racist, homophobic, transphobic, bigoted behaviors
-Being known as a scammer/someone who does not fulfill commissioners and clients
-Rude behaviors and nonconstructive criticism
-If you have overly bad spelling or grammar

Please give us your ideal way of 'punishing' users with certain scenarios- please note, we do have a warn system, and a ban system.
Different things are dealt with in different ways, think about it and think if something should be warned first for a few times or banned outright depending on the severeness of the offense.
