Hi there!
I'm Valyce Negative, long time internet denizen and freelance illustrator working within the fandom since... 15+ years at this point!
I love worldbuilding and creating slice of life pictures with my characters featuring nostalgic vibes of decades past. I'm very influenced by my own childhood experiences of the 80s and (especially) 90s, various obsolete technologies, and the vaporwave music genre. I also work fulltime with commissions within (and out of) the fandom, produce selfpublished comics and merch along with my husband (who's also a fulltime artist), and curate my own site dedicated to my artings.
Outside the furry/art world I collect GameBoy games/consoles/accessories; play a fair amount of videogames (both old and new) my favourite genres of which are graphic adventures (Sierra and LucasArts classics, anyone?) and rhythm games; I really like board games of pretty much any genre; I'm addicted to detective stories; I make decorative and functional planner binder setups; I love going city trekking and looking at nice urban architectures.
My interest in the community and my first steps within the furry world was basically born among forums and I visited many! When most netsurfers moved to social media I was a bit distraught xD but I'm happy to see many are trying to bring back the old ways, so to speak.
I've been suggested this brand new place by a friend of mine that linked Creeps' tweet announcing the forum openings and I knew I just had to join in.
I'm happy to meet all of you and hope to have many entertaining conversations in the near future!

As the tradition goes with personal web corners like these, it's always updating and I'm planning a big graphical revamp to work on during the winter holidays.
